Four years ago (in 2007), English Meetings were started in Tehran, Iran, with the aim of helping English learners improve their general knowledge of English. The first meeting was held in Mellat park and we were some 15 guys there. Below you can see a picture from our 48th meeting.

Now, English meetings are held biweekly in Tehran parks, coffee shops, institutes and wherever I find suitable depending on the number of the participants. I always post a discussion topic/question(s) before the meeting and it'll be shown up in the front page of the website.
